This Privacy Statement applies only to the team+ cloud service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by Teamplus Technology Inc. and is in abidance with laws and regulations of Taiwan to protect your personal information. We will access your personal information, including your name, login account number, password, telephone number and other related data, with your consent or according to the following privacy policy. By downloading the Service, you will be deemed to have read, understood and expressed acceptance of all stipulations of this Agreement. Therefore, please read all stipulations carefully and ensure your understanding of the contents thereof.
1. Scope
“team+ community” refers to an online community registered in the same company domain. For example, all users whose registration is made with the email address “teamplus.com.tw” belong to the team+ community of “teamplus.com.tw”. Moreover, the company’s community administrator is eligible to check some of the community users’ information and activities, including the name, login account number, telephone number and other related data.
2. User Generated Content
“User generated content” refers to all information provided to us through the team+ product. For example, all text, documents, software or multimedia files. We do not possess any user generated content. We only use user generated content to improve “the Service” and will definitely not share any of your information with the advertiser or any third party. Nevertheless, there will be very few exceptions, please check the ” Sharing of Your Contents” section for more details.
3. Contact Information
“Contact information” refers to the name, address, telephone number, personal profile information, email address, job title and other contact information created or collected by you or other people through “the Service” in the system. This information will be provided to other members of the same team+ community for their use. If you choose to invite members of the same organization to join the team+ network, we will send an invitation to them via email that may include your name, photograph and other personal profile information. In case of needing to inform you of any important information, such as billing, software update, policy change, security and other technology-related issue, we may use any of the said information to contact you.
4. Usage Data
We will collect relevant records of activities, statistics information, analysis data and traffic information through your use of “the Services”, such as statistics on the number of articles, frequency of functional clicks, etc. We will only use this information to improve and enhance “the Service”. We will never release any data or records to the public in any identifiable manner by your company or any company employees.
5. Collection of Personal Device and Network Related Information
Currently, “the Service” does not collect any information related to the internet software or hardware device used by the user or the IP address thereof. Nevertheless, we may collect some of the user information when making adjustments to the Service or providing new functions.
6. Sharing of Your Contents
We will not release any client information to the public outside “the Service”, unless it’s instructed by you or is covered by your contract or this privacy statement. •We will not share your information with advertisers. •We will never disclose your information to a third party. Nevertheless, if we are obliged legally to disclose your information to a third party, we will do our best to inform you in advance to protect users’ rights. •We will not respond to any request raised by any users about your personal information protection or privacy without your written consent other than in compliance with legal requirements.
7. User Data Storage
As this product provides the offline query function, related conversation and calendar data must be stored locally in the device.
8. Amendments to Policy
To reflect customer feedback, changes to “the Service” and data privacy update that is applicable at the time, Teamplus Technology retains the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any change to the privacy norms will be published on the website of Teamplus Technology and date of “last updated” will also be specified on top of the statement. Please note that no individual notification will be sent to you accordingly.
